"Comfortable clean room. Wish I’d booked 2 nights! Enjoyed the free entry to the bird park next door. The lady who checked me in was excellent and helped me plan my journey to Zegerplas the following morning (arranged bicycle rent). The restaurant staff were excellent and the food was great. The check-out team were very patient when I checked out a little late, then left something in the room."

CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. We thought it would be cleaned but by day 4, it was still there, which means that the cleaning didn't involve the floor. This could be improved. Everything in the room was in good condition. "La struttura è comoda perché ubicata vicino la stazione centrale di Rotterdam. Le stanze sono grandi e abbastanza nuove . Tuttavia l’hotel non ci fa soddisfatto perché il climatizzatore di notte dava sempre aria fredda . Inoltre la colazione non era di qualità : succhi pieni di zuccheri e scadenti , posate e tazze maleodoranti . In ultimo l’acqua non veniva offerta a differenza di altre strutture e una bottiglia da 0,50 litri costava circa 3.50 ."
