"Housekeeping was rude the bartenders and security were friendly and helpful. The property has beautiful views but that's where the good ends. Food options are nonexistent as only the buffet is open every day the so called restaurants that are included are not restaurants its seats by the water and only one open a day by reservations only. "The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again."
