However, the room was small & tight, there is no venting or AC & the breakfast was marginal in comparison to our last 30 breakfasts on this trip. Also, contrary to what was advertised, the parking is not free."

"The stay blew away our expectations. We got a suite instead of a single room. The staff were probably the friendliest people in Copenhagen. The views of the canal out the window, the details paid to everything (the hidden fridge), the great water pressure.
It's been years, maybe decades since a hotel impressed me as much as our stay at the Kanalhuset did."

"Nous sommes enchantés par notre expérience dans votre établissement. Tout y est bien fait et bien pensé. Le personnel y est avenant, la nourriture très bien. Magnifique terrasse sur le toit où il fait bon flâner. Tout près du métro ou à quelques minutes du centre à vélo, cela nous permet de profiter du calme des parcs environnants et de profiter également de l’effervescence de la ville. "I am pleased with our choice to stay an Ibis, the hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located outside de center of town but there is a metro station in front of the hotel and it takes 10 min to get there. The breakfast could be a little better. "
