"Friendly staff and room was great. Sofa sleeper not very comfortable but probably to be expected."

"No housekeeping- we stayed 2 night and they apologized and offered to do it tomorrow- which was the day we left. Shower door had stripping loose, safe did not work at all, bathroom main door would not stay closed so it let sunlight it a daybreak. The hotel staff was unable to find my Bonvoy account until the next day when I showed it to them. People were very kind, just not up to what we would expect"

"This is how it's done!! Check in was a breeze staff was so friendly even with a line at check in. Sheryl was absolutely wonderful and they are lucky to have her. She made our experience delightful and stress free which is what a trip is all about. We will definitely revisit !!!"

"We stayed here twice in a week, the first time the room was flawless and everything looked brand new and clean but unfortunately the second time the King Suite was a bit dirty and outdated, the tub had old stains and there was hair in the tub. I do have to point out that on both separate stays The beds were buckled out and uncomfortable. Now a huge plus for this property is the EV plugs for us to charge our Tesla, it made a huge difference on our trip the next day."

"The apt is great. Very cute and immaculately clean. Quiet despite being on the frontage road. Our stay would’ve been perfect but the WiFi was not working and we couldn’t find the modem/router. So no wifi meant no tv since it’s streaming. We wanted to get home to use the wifi since cell service in town was bad, but no luck. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged so we had to be using the kitchen sink. Parking is limited (and tight) to one spot since it’s 6 units together in the building."

"Unsafe side doors left open. Access was easy by the pool door was never locked to get in building . Stair case was always wet and unsafe . Weird smell like burn by the stairs . We deserve our money back."

"For families with young kids on a tight budget this could be a good choice. It caters well to kids and is dog friendly. The property is old and it shows in the low, popcorn ceilings, cracked floor tiles, and general age related issues. I'm tall and in the shower the ceiling was just a few inches above my head. The showers have good pressure, the bed was good, the TV small but adequate, the breakfast ok. Black curtains everywhere to ensure privacy due to glass wall at front of room and window...

"Alex at the front desk was excellent! They are actively renovating but it did not impact our stay. Very clean and a great stay for the price. If you are a light sleeper request a second floor room away from the elevator. It's an older hotel and you can really hear the people above in a first floor room."

"Its just old .... no amenities, just coffee... It really needs updating. I do not know how it has a rating of 7.4. Im sorry. I usually give really good reviews. The husband used to reserve a room about 40 years ago, a few times. It was very nice then."

"Positive reviews on Expedia will make you question the validity and trustworthiness of reviews. This place was labeled as "family friendly" and it is right next to an adult lingerie shop complete with the homeless encampment on the side. There is a huge billboard out front (not the hotel's billboard) advertising an adult sex toy shop in the area. The area looks sketchy. You would be better to go 2 miles down the road. The room was dated, the mini fridge DID NOT work. I told the guy at the front...
