"The computer system was down and it took a long time to get to our room. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and as far as handicap accessible, the refrigerator was on the floor. No extra towels or pillows. My spouse is not handicapped and no where to sit except the bed."

"I loked that the hotel was right off the interstate. What I didn't like was there were some funky smells in certain areas of the hotel. After a long day I like to unwind by watching some TV, but the hotels TV service is terrible."

"Probably the best property in Amarillo. There were 2 concerns on this visit. Really not a big deal. First we reserved a king room and ended up with 2 queens. Second concern was someone on our floor had 2 big dogs that like to bark when the owners were not present. Really thin walls."

"We booked this hotel because it stated on Expedia that they had a pool. After check in and getting the kids ready to swim, we were told there was no pool. Expedia said there was nothing they could do, the hotel refused a refund. I understand a no refund policy, but that agreement was made on the promise of amenities made by the hotel and Expedia. False advertising at its best. The staff did not care and Expedia pretended to care, while saying they did everything in their power to help. What a...

"This place was really cute! There is a wall ax unit in the living room /kitchen and one in the bunk bed rooms. Those were super comfortable. The master bedroom doesn’t have one so it can get a bit warm. We were here end of July is it was 97 out. Overall really cute for the kiddos for a night"

"Although a non-smoking room, this room was obviously recast from a smoking room without deodorizing. The smell of ash/cigarettes was still obvious and left me with a sore throat and coughing up phlegm at 0330 am in the morning. I left. Room was dated and appeared clean, but found layers of dust and dirt on the window and AC exhaust box; disgusting! Definitely do not recommend a stay here."

"The room floors were dirty. My socks turned black. TV remote didn't work. Alarm was enabled on radio. Parking lot was packed. I think I got the last available room. No coffee in the room or at reception. No breakfast. AC in room was ok. Bed mattress I didn't like. Hybrid mattress I think. Fridge interior light didn't work. Shower was ok. Plumbing made noises."
