"Room was spacious, cool decor and in the middle of town. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The innkeeper was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was basic but that's not what we came for. It is the one of the oldest hotels in Florida so it has a ton of character. "

"All the Staff was excellent… from calling me before checking in to checking in. My husband and I stayed there last year. We had a great time! Our balcony room was amazing too then! Brought my 4 friends for a two night visit! We all had separate rooms!! My balcony room was awesome! 👏 My friends loved their rooms too. Breakfast was great and all was wonderful! "We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!"

"Great location! Rooms were well layed out and spacious. Fireplace did not work and AC units were quite loud but no biggie. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was also delicious. Would definitely stay again."
