"The room was barely clean found dirty sock on the floor and no extra toilet paper. The beds only had sheets no comforter or blanket. Other than that my stay was pleasant all we really did was sleep and shower in the room . It did it's job"

"If you love art, especially art of the past decade, you will love this hotel. The art is EVERYWHERE. It made us smile and smile. The hotel is well designed, has a very good restaurant and a well-located, lively bar, and is a 15-minute walk from the art museum/waterfront and three minutes from the riverwalk. Not a lot of restaurants close by, but we did find one very good restaurant a 12-minute walk away and the hotel's own restaurant is very good."

"It was conveniently located to walk to keybank center. We parked across the street for $22-ish for 24 hours. The front desk staff was very helpful and the property was very nice. The room, specifically the bathroom, didn’t seem super clean. The hand towels had hairs on them and a washcloth had something blue on it. That made me wonder if everything else was as clean as it could be. There were also no usb outlets which now seem standard in hotel rooms…so I was unprepared to charge my Apple Watch. Overall it was a nice stay, but maybe not for the high price."
