We had a group of 8 golfers and we were looking for somewhere near Auburn for a golf tournament and extra rounds that had good reviews and wasn’t ridiculously priced and this place was great. "IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. "
