"Property was maintained and very clean, and in a great location close to the river. We had dinner at Umbra and breakfast at Chloe — for both, the food was pretty good but the service really wasn't the best. I will say that, at Chloe, the manager on duty was very quick to apologize for the service and comped our entire meal even though we didn't feel it was necessary. Overall, we'd stay here again."

"The hotel and staff were amazing. The people outside hounding guest was not!!!! A man preceded to grab my luggage, asking if we needed help. No sir, I don't know you and it's night time......back off!!!!!"

"The front desk staff was fantastic as always. Customer service from Latonya and others was consistently exceptional at all hours of the day or night. We loved the assistance from all other staff in housekeeping and the restaurant as well. The air conditioning was spotty at times and could use some upgrading. We look forward to our return here on our next trip to Minnesota!"

"In the first room given, the AC didn't work, but they immediately gave us a bigger new room with good AC. However the view from the window is a narrow wall. But because we stayed only to sleep, it did not really matter. We couldn't find the hair dryer, they gave one fast. Finally the original hair dryer was found in the drawer inside the bathroom. We like the room is big. The ammenities should be asked. Slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste were not provided in the room if we did not ask. Then...

"The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."

"It was only myself so the no dresser was perfect. I liked the knobs to hang clothes. It was clean and I loved no carpet. The smell of the hotel was fabulous. I wish they would sell that!"

"Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. "
