"Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, it would really benefit from having a microwave and a smart TV, as those are amenities many guests expect.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff seemed unorganized and made a major mistake by charging the check-in fee for a different room. This resulted in an unexpected hold of over $500 being placed on my account, which took multiple days to drop off. It was a very frustrating...

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Moxy! I was in town for a concert so we only stayed there two nights but th staff was so kind, the drinks were good and the room was clean. I really enjoyed the free bingo they offered on Wednesday nights! This is sort of a minimalist hotel so they don’t have a fridge or a microwave, which was unexpected. This location also didn’t have parking included which was also a surprise. Other than those two factors the stay was enjoyable!"
