"Everything was clean and safe here. I could tell the staff did a good job cleaning the room before my arrival. The only thing I would say was lacking was the breakfast in the morning. Breads, cereal and parfait was really the only option. Would have been nice to have some eggs/sausage/bacon/hashbrown options. A good stay otherwise!"

"I was rudely treated by staff after booking through Expedia. I arrived at hotel only to be treated horribly by staff and was not able to check for some odd reason! I was not informed and the hotel response was its Expedia fault. Ruined my birthday weekend."

"Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, it would really benefit from having a microwave and a smart TV, as those are amenities many guests expect. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff seemed unorganized and made a major mistake by charging the check-in fee for a different room. This resulted in an unexpected hold of over $500 being placed on my account, which took multiple days to drop off. It was a very frustrating...

"Construction right by hotel so it’s noisy even at 3am work is done. Milk for breakfast was spoiled. Charge $30 for parking when you can park there normally for $15. Weird smell in rooms. Wouldn’t recommend. "

"First the negatives: I found some of the front desk staff to be inattentive and rude. Some of the desk staff were not communicative, did not explain check-in or checkout, or even that we would need to scan our keycards in the elevator to go up to our floor. No room service of any kind. Ugly lobby and staff didn’t greet us at any time coming or going. "I really enjoyed my stay at the Moxy! I was in town for a concert so we only stayed there two nights but th staff was so kind, the drinks were good and the room was clean. I really enjoyed the free bingo they offered on Wednesday nights! This is sort of a minimalist hotel so they don’t have a fridge or a microwave, which was unexpected. This location also didn’t have parking included which was also a surprise. Other than those two factors the stay was enjoyable!"
