"This was a good place and good location. Easy walk to Mullet Bay Beach. Within 5-10 minutes driving to shopping and restaurants. Some damage in bathroom from water and condition was good, but not amazing. Communication was good and they were responsive and helpful."

"Cleaning and front desk staff were amazing. We checked in early and asked for a room on a higher level. The front desk male person checked with his manager and then moved us to a higher level. Realizing the hotel is very old we were disappointed in the room. The size of the living/dinins room were great. The bed and linens were dated and not very comfortable. the bed spread looks like it is from the 60s. The sofa and side chairs were dated too and appeared to be worn. I used a towel."

"The bedding size to sleep was for one person not for 2 we didn't sleep comfortably on our stay and service was somewhat. We will probably never go back again. We have been in a all inclusive before and we never had to worry about a sleeping issue"

"I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately it was a disappointing stay. The only real highlight was the ocean view from the balcony, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was in poor condition and clearly needs maintenance. The bathroom had rust around the toilet hinges, mold and grime around the shower, a broken shower faucet handle, and deteriorating caulking around the sink mirror. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time....

"This is our third time at this resort. My only thing is 3 years ago there was no issues with towels now you are only allowed one. So you have to decide do you want to dry yourself off and sit on a wet towel? Or just air dry and hope that there’s no breeze. I think it needs to at least be 2 per person. Another note this year there was very little variety at the buffet. Last year we had chocolate chip pancakes every other day this year nope. No sausage they had hot dogs cut up but that’s not...

"The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The owner was very accommodating with my request for a noon check out which was greatly appreciated due to my flight departure. The place is located close to restaurants and grocery store."

"Everything was great.The staff were great as well as housekeeping.if you need any extras the were very accommodating. the water gets hot and stay hot towels are clean smell fresh, no stains nice and white as well. As the beach towels .the lobby has someone to keep with excursions and tours. The area is safe wasn’t scared to walk around during the day or night. The location is excellent. Don’t need a car. Everything is in walking distance a lot of different restaurants. Liquor store grocery...
