"Not our first Wyndham stay but by far the worst. Steer away from Wyndham Garden Westlake, trust me. Way understaffed, lacking maintenance on everything, ie ceilings, walls, elevators and floors. Pool water cleanliness poor, hotub temp our first day was as cool as the pool, no pool towels both days,had to ask for them at the front desk. In fact, front desk Wyndham associate Gabriel was an absolute professional. Her gracious hospitality helped us and I'm sure others, get needed towels, sheets/blankets and soap products for our room. Will find a better place to stay in that area for future visits. Advise you to do the same."
