The bedsheets were dirty Full of ling hair and with clear marks of sexual intercourse I left 2 hours after arrival and booked a hotel, but received no refund nor apologies. Stay away from this place Pictures of dirty bed linen have been shared with the Hotel.com personnel.

Nice apartment for a week in Jordan

This was just right for us, a family of 4. We stayed here and had a rental car, and saw the whole country. It was great to have a kitchen, so we could buy groceries (short walk away) and save money that way. The place was spacious, comfortable, and well furnished. My biggest complaint is the level of cleanliness. The tables and counters weren't wiped off thoroughly, the dishes needed to be rewashed before I felt comfortable using them, and there was an old shampoo bottle tucked away in a corner of the shower, where it had obviously been overlooked while cleaning. All that being said, though, I'm glad we found this place and I would gladly stay there again.

This is not a hotel. There is no sign indicating where it is and the location on the map is wrong. We called the person and he came and picked up at our current hotel. Did not accept credit card, no indication about that on the Expedia site. This was an extended stay and we had cash for the first 4 nights, when asked if we could pay the rest in 2 days the answer was no. He said he would be back in 2 hours to get the money. We scrambled to obtain cash, but ended up having to use PayPal.

It most certainly is not Luxury ! ! It is an apartment block in a semi residential section of Amman NO POOL NO SIGNS OUR EXPERIENCED GUIDE COULD NOT FIND THE PLACE NO MARKINGS AT ALL

I’m really pleased with apartments I have rent. Everything was clean and tidy. Also I want to mention about high hospitality level from owner. Mr. Hamzeh was willing to answer all the questions about the city of Amman, and helped me with communication with people who didn’t speak English. The only thing that you can find “average” about this appartements is location. To be true it’s situated quite far from the downtown. But again mr. Hamzeh proposed me to call Uber. And it’s really great solution, cause in Jordan it’s quite cheap. So in overall I highly recommend this appartements for those who are searching for the best ratio of quality and price!

Absolutely beautiful! Very nice apartment. I only wish I could have stayed longer. The owner was great! A wonderful deal and in a good part of Jordan. The apartment is just in a regular apartment building and there is no sign or desk or anything like that. So, make sure you arrange to meet before your arriving. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
