Si possono consumare colazione e pasti nei numerosi locali adiacenti. Tecnicamente non si tratta di un hotel ma di un affittacamere (formula molto comune nelle cinque terre) che occupa gli ultimi piani di una palazzina .Non c’è reception né altre aree comuni. "Great location! Bedroom is up second floor via ladder type steps. Needs railing. Bathroom is on bottom floor. Needs rough tape on shower floor to avoid slipping. Nice terrace on both floors. Tight steps up to rental. But easier with carry on luggage. Take train to other 4 cities and take ferry back to Rio. Beautiful! Would rent this place again."

"We absolutely loved our stay in La Spezia! It was centrally located, easy to walk into town and catch the train to the surrounding area and towns of Le Cinque Terre. Daniela was an amazing host and had lots of great suggestions for sites to see on our trip! She helped us find a restaurant nearby on our first night in, and called us a taxi at checkout. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we had a beautiful view, it was perfect for our family. We’ll certainly be back!! Grazie mille Daniela! "

"Elevator building, helpful front desk staff. Smart tv in room. Walkable to several restaurants. Absolutely NO parking, to include street Parking. Staff recommended a lot that was about 25 minutes walk away. Good access to the train station for cinque terre"
