"A wonderful experience in the heart of Montepulciano. Roberto was really helpful and accommodating, as we were traveling with my 99 year old mother. The property is super clean, and the terrace where we had breakfast really charming. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend this charming hotel!"

"Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests.
