"The front office staff ( Harpreet & Michael) were very curtious, prompt and customer focused. The Restaurant staff (Sandesh & Sandeep) were very friendly and welcoming. Some suggestions for improvement at the property. Outside Window shutters rattled all night long and need to be better secured Ensure there is hot water in the shower at all times which was lacking. No complimentary shuttle to the port for pickup nor drop off . Door to the bathroom/shower did not lock in the master bedroom"

"We were welcomed at reception so eagerly and taken down to our suite by the young charming concierge! We were introduced to all the functions available in the room…. The quality of the products used was exquisite. Beautiful quality sheets and pillows. Sparkling swimming pools around the property. And for those aging folks, a set of elevators. Breakfast was scrumptious with fresh ingredients. Staff were polite and obliging. Our stay was wonderful….. the view….. ahhhhhhh!!"

"While the overall stay was good, I cannot give a full 5 stars due to a few reasons. Firstly, the staff was very friendly, including the manager Sophia. The view from our honeymoon suite was beautiful and exactly like the pictures online. However, there were a few important issues that made the stay less enjoyable. • Cost of Taxi Transfers / Hidden Costs I highly recommend not booking airport transportation through the hotel. An Uber ended up being significantly cheaper than what we were...

"This property is amazing! Each villa has a huge pool, hot tub, and access to an amazing restaurant which delivers directly to you. The food was amazing! The views of the Caldera are out of this world right from your villa! All the staff are eager to help and Naya helped us with any questions and arranged spots to visit, eat, and transportation. I highly recommend for any family or a romatic getaway."

"Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. It’s beautiful inside and the bed was very comfortable. The towels however were very small and not what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel, and I’d have also expected water in the room rather than having to ask for it. Would have been much nicer to have a coffee machine rather than small instant coffee sachets. A couple of these small changes would make it more of a 5 star experience. "The staff was amazing from the reception to the restaurant staff. Everyone was super kind and friendly. They helped us arrange a boat tour and get a rent car. The rent cat was brought to the hotel for us and the boat tour had transportation from the hotel. The hotel is out of the main city so I was recommend renting a car it made getting around easier. Overall great experience, we would definitely book with them again."
