"I was greeted at the front desk with a simple hello. No additional welcome or how are you. I was then told I couldn't use a crib in a two clean room as it was a fire hazard. Then there was a pause until I offered a solution of switching us to a king room. Once the front desk worker asked the manager about the switch, the manager clarified that there is no issue with a crib in a two queen bedroom. The manager never acknowledged me at the front desk. No hello or anything. Later in the day I went...

"Everything was great as far as the room. It was quiet and clean. We’ve stayed there before and had an excellent stay. They’re currently renovating the building and two days we were without warm/hot water. Of course, things happen, but it was an inconvenience."

"The staff was very courteous and polite if you need something they were there to help you out the room was nicely ready and cleaned and the housekeeping was professional in there cleaning."

"Room had no towels, had to ask for them the next morning as attendent had already left before we noticed no towels! The beach view was great and proximity to the beach was aslo great. Breakfast was okay, nothing special."
