"We arrived late after a 13 hrs flight and went to sleep immediately. The next morning we took a quick shower to go out early on a tour and did not pay attention to the mold. When we returned that night my wife noticed all the patches of mold on different areas of the stall and opted out of taking a shower and took a bath. I also decided to just take a bath too. I spoke to manager Kanzar and let him know how disgusting the pink and black patches of mold were. We left the next morning. The...

"The hotel was very close to all the tourist attractions a few minutes walk to the blue mosque, the staff were excellent, well spoken compared to other hotels that we stayed in the past. The room we stayed in needed a bit of maintenance, but other than that, very nice hotel, especially the ninth floor where the restaurant is. you’ve got a great view"

"Taxi required for those with luggage"

"Food was not OK in the Top rooftop"

"Great staff and location, but rooftop was closed and rooms need update. The primary reason we chose the Sultanhan Hotel was for its rooftop and location, so disappointed that rooftop was closed for repairs for the entire duration of our stay. "This hotel is well located with many shops and restaurants nearby. Check out the bakery across the street....delicious! We upgraded our room and appreciated the suite amenities and access to the lounge for food and beverages. We also opted for the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Both recommended."

"Bathroom: 10/10 – Loved the bathroom, especially the shower! Hospitality: 100/10 – Outstanding service! All staff members were friendly, kind, and helpful. Special thanks to Perihan from housekeeping for her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm in ensuring our needs were met. Rooms: 8/10 – Comfortable, but the décor could use updating. The bedroom rug looked dated, and the mattress was a little too firm for my preference. Location: 10/10 – Excellent location, close to Istiklal Street....

"Really beautiful hotel and nicely located. Highly recommend for those purposes. Just a note that there was really no warmth or welcoming atmosphere from the staff, which was a shame and not how the rest of the city is. Especially around breakfast / lobby. Would love to see more interaction, recommendations, maybe friendliness. Some people didn’t even knowledge us in the hallways / lobby. Not really a big deal but also a shame since this property has the potential to be best in class. Other than...
