"The staff were great! They prepared sandwiches for us before we headed to the airport at 5am. But the best part about the staff was they turned on the A/C for us when typically they don't turn on the A/C during the this time of the year (late Spring). Great airport hotel."

"Stayed again in this hotel. Pretty convenient to get there and back from the airport via shuttle they offer. Breakfast was good, room was clean but small. I’ll stay again if I have an overnight layover in Istanbul."

"The location was convenient, but unfortunately the security and hospitality were very disappointing. During our stay, a master key was left unattended right outside our room, which is a serious safety concern. I brought the key to the front desk to make them aware of the issue, but the staff was dismissive and avoided taking responsibility, instead blaming the cleaning team. What was most concerning was their lack of urgency or willingness to properly address the situation. They did not make...

"Booked & prepaid 50 Euro to the hotel for shuttle that doesent show up after 14h flight and after contacting hotel 4x via chat for 24 hours prior. Had to find a taxi at Istanbul airport, the hotel wanted to reimburse me the additional costs or refund the never deleivered taxi service. Room smells uterly like rotten wastewater. Avoid this place please !!!"

"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area. However upon check in, we made a request to upgrade and we were not given the upgrade that we wanted. However the hotel itself is really nice and in the centre. "

"Il y a une cliente qui a hurlée plusieurs heures durant la nuit. Courrait dans le corridor à moitié nue sans que personne appelle la police.Impossible de dormir. Intervention inexistante du surveillant de nuit. Nous devrions être remboursés pour cette terrible nuit. Des choses comme cela n'est pas normal."

"This property is centrally located in a very walkable area between the Blue Mosque and the Sophia Mosque. They have a fantastic restaurant attached. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A shout out to the Consignor and to Kadir who were both amazing to us during our stay."
