"I passed by the Local the last time we visited St. Augustine and thought it looked so cute, I knew I wanted to stay there next time we were in town. Also, the location to shops & restaurants around St. Augustine is perfect! Our room was clean and had everything we needed, the pool area was cute and kept up nicely (& being 8 months pregnant I really appreciated the large flamingo float), and we even stopped into the lobby to have a complimentary latte. We will be staying again!"

"The staff was great. There were a few concerns. 1. The floor was wet and appeared to have been flooded. We had to walk on towels the first few days. 2. Outlets didn't work. 3. One day the warm breakfast was closed because the warmer was broken. There were lots of other options but since I was only having protein, I couldn't eat anything but peanut butter."
