"Stay here for a business trip. First impression wasn’t great. Waited for 20 minutes at the lobby door was locked no staff to be found. Finally checked in and heard loud arguing and some pops nearby. Not the safest area I think. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again low price reflects low quality."

"Property is pretty and rooms are appointed beautifully. The shower looked a bit unloved, grout was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time. Front desk staff was professional though lacking customer service. From my experience staying at other hotels at the same price point, the level of customer service was underwhelming. "The room was okay, very dark lighting, and very small window so you could hardly see anything. We found quite a lot of short hair on the bathroom floor. So it was not sparkling clean. We truly did not like the communal soap and shampoo dispensers by the sink and in the shower. That is extremely against any sterile rules. Post Covid and other viruses, no thanks! Even without Covid, how many hands that touched people's private parts and then the dispenser, that's a no no! Distasteful and not...

"The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. "

"The location was pretty remote but so was the location I was attending. There isn't a bar in the hotel nor a real restaurant.So dining and meetings need to be at other locations. Breakfast was good"
