"Check in was extremely slow. Each group ahead of us took 15 minutes each. We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded."

"Booked two rooms here and the front desk said I only had booked one. We had a long travel day, so once we got in the room after my shower- looked it up and lo and behold we had booked 2 rooms. They gave us the keys to other other room. Not a big deal, but annoying. The second issue was they hadn’t written us down on the shuttle schedule. "It’s deceiving, they show pics of the front entrance and the beautiful lobby, but the place is run down and old nasty carpet, and the reason I chose there and paid so much was for the pool… it was so cold the kids shivered while in it. No hot tub so I’m sure it was not heated… indoor pool and no sun or heat is ridiculous. Was not happy at all… kinda getto feeling."

"I really wonder if all these reviews are paid. This was by far the dingiest courtyard place we’ve stayed at. When I booked it said Breakfast was offered but they charged $18 for a buffet that I wouldn’t have eaten even if it were free. Overall, it was a very strange experience."

"This hotel is a dump! The owner put us into a room the first night that was filthy, 1 bare bulb for light, a broken lamp arm on the wall, etc. The staff gets 2 stars because the other 2 clerks were ashamed of our room assignment and moved us to a bit nicer room for the 2nd night. "

"I was here for a short stay but the room was great! Easy to find, easy to park, felt like there were some amenities I didn’t have the time to utilize, downstairs lobby had lovely social areas but I had an early departure so I did not make use of them. Very comfy bed."

"No A/C outside of rooms. A/C in room is in the window tucked behind blackout curtains so you either get a cold room with 24/7 sunshine or a hot dark room. The carpets in the hallways are gross. The beds and pillows were lumpy - none of us slept well and woke up stiff and sore. The restaurant service was awful. We had to get up and find salt, ketchup, water and coffee jugs to get our own refills because we didn't even see our waitress to flag her down. The server also brought the wrong order to...
