"Staff very helpful and spoke English, room excellent and clean with very comfortable beds; the problem was the parking-difficult to find the garage & have to manoeuvre the car into a lift to the basement and the access to the rooms via lifts with key cards. Also the instructions for the garage were inspiken Spanish and there would not be room in the lift for a large vehicle e.g SUV."

"Prima hotel voor een nacht. Centraal gelegen in de stad. Personeel was niet zo vriendelijk. Ik had geboekt omdat er parkeergelegenheid was maar ze zeiden bij de receptie dat er geen plek was in de garage. Toen ik zelf ging kijken bleek er genoeg plek te zijn voor onze auto"

"A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! "D’abord on nous donne la clé de la chambre et la fenêtre etait ouverte et pas moyen de la fermer ! J’ai réclamé on m’as donné une deuxième exactement la même chose fenêtre cassée ! Je réclame et une troisième chambre pas moyen d’éteindre les lumières ! On a du dormir avec les lumières ! Et en plus la télé était bloquée sur le football ! Pas moyen de voir autre programme !!! Mauvaise expérience !"

"No dispone de ascensor, si llevas maleta pesada se hace un poco complejo subir todas sus escaleras. No dispone de opción de desayuno, ni aparcamiento. No dispone de recepción, yo llegué tarde, llamé al número de teléfono de contacto porque tenía problemas en el acceso y el teléfono directamente estaba apagado. Por suerte, pude solucionarlo, gracias a otros huéspedes que estaban ahí. En las habitaciones hace un poco de frío. Lo único positivo es que está muy bien ubicado, pero no volveré a...
