Great Experience at Sercotel!

Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable.

An amazing hotel and a lovely experience

Absolutely incredible hotel!! We booked for the Azkena Rock Festival and were stunned when we arrived at the property. Our suite was massive, with a full size kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and bedroom and lovely views. Excellent hotel facilities and really lovely accommodating staff. Cleaners came and were flexible as to when they came. A 10 minute walk to the festival, close to bus routes.

The suite was beautiful and clean and the staff were fantastic. However not being allowed to use the kitchen in our suite because it’s only for those who rent for a minimum of four nights is extremely disappointing. (We had the suite for 3 nights). Also no coffee machine in our room or at least a free coffee station in the lobby is super disappointing considering the room was pretty expensive.

Segunda vez y última. No había otro disponible y no me quedó más remedio, por algo solo estaba este… Después de que en la vez anterior me entrara 3 veces la de la limpieza con el cartel de no molestar puesto, esta vez me han dejado sin desayuno porque había el rodaje de una película. No me dieron ninguna solución, que tenía una máquina vending en el piso inferior. Ni me devolvieron el dinero ni nada. La atención es pésima. Las instalaciones son muy antiguas y están ya muy usadas. Le daría un 3 estrellas justo. Además está alejado de todo. Recomiendo el nh o el silken y si quieres cocina el Kora Green A este no vayas, el peor de Vitoria sin duda.

Cuando vamos a Vitoria nos solemos alojar ahí, habitación tipo apartamento muy espaciosas, modenas y cómodas. Alrededor es una zona residencial, y si quieres comer o cenar tienes que coger el coche. Pero en 10 minutos estas en el centro.

Dit hotel behoort tot de duurdere hotels in de omgeving. Daar tegenover staat mooie ruime kamers en een net hotel in een goede buurt. Helaas zijn er wel echt heel weinig voorzieningen, het zwembad mag je geen zwembad noemen en voor kinderen bijvoorbeeld is er niks te doen. Bijkomende kosten voor gebruik parkeergarage en ontbijt zijn het niet waard, die zouden in de prijs moeten zitten

4" ist die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wert Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Küche (Nutzung gegen Aufpreis). Das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer waren sehr großzügig und Schränke von ca. 6,60 m Breite. Das Hotel war außerdem noch stylisch. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war überragend.

Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí muy bien recibido por todo el personal. El hotel en general esta muy bien El bufete del desayuno esta bastante bien lo unico es que la tortilla parecia de supermercado. El gimnasio un poco desastre y por la tarde imposible de estar parece un horno. El restaurante del hotel no nos gustó mucho para el precio q tiene es muy normalito.

No está en el centro, pero es fácil llegar caminando a todos los lugares de interés. Apartahotel cómodo, grande , con salón, cocina y dormitorio, cama adicional en el salón. El uso de la cocina tiene coste adicional. Decoración muy bonita.
