"Had no air conditioning in my room / everytime we went down / no clerk was available to help / room was over 75 degrees- garbage was overflowing everywhere outside - had massive amount of raccoons outside!"

"Room was overall clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was in a safe location. The complaints: expensive for what all was lacking in the room. The shower water temp indicators were backwards; the cold water indicator was actually hot water and vice versa. All of the fixtures in the room were rusty. The free breakfast buffet was not great but I guess I can’t complain for it being free. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price."

"Air conditioning was cold. Bathrooms are tiny. It may have been cleaned but it didn't look clean. Sheets and pillowcases were stained. Bathroom floor was not cleaned well. For a remodeled hotel and the price per night I would have thought it would have been better. Glad I was only there for a few hours' sleep. "

"#1 pool was closed and green enough you could barely see the steps. #2 no idea what the wifi password was for the wifi. #3 Killed 3 cockroaches in my room and saw 3 more. #4 tub, toilet, walls, door were all dirty. The door looked as if it was kicked in before. Maybe a blood stain 2 foot from the door on the carpet. #5 house keeping felt it ok to knock on my door at 9am something to tell me check out is at 11am. "Definitely the most comfortable and relaxing place we stayed @ during our 9 day, 4 state road trip. Lindsy and Cheryl were awesome. This place is a true gem and we look forward to to our next stay there."

"The first issue was upon check in. The desk clerk asked a a credit card to charge for the room. I told him I had already paid, but he wanted a card. After I gave it to him, and he gave me a receipt, he realized his mistake and said oh yes, I see it was paid previously. He said he would credit my card, but it would take 3-5 business days.
