"The staff at the hotel was very friendly and did help with my issues. Unfortunately, my room was not ready even though it was past check in time. Once I had my key, the door wouldn’t unlock. It took three trips down the elevator to the front desk to finally get it to work. The rooms were okay but are on the worn side. Bed linens were clean but the bathrooms and floors could use some upgrading."

Room: floors clearly haven’t been cleaned in a while, room surfaces not cleaned, dusty in numerous areas of room. Bedroom trash cans I guess staff doesn’t know how to open a trash bag and put it into the trash can. We just simply put them on top here. Beds old school inner spring beds. No pillow top or latex pad. Bathtub shower/split very slippery could be dangerous for elderly. AC worked well but it was 65 degrees outside so. Elevator floors dirty. Trash can overflowing near pools backdoor. Parking lot difficult to get into if coming from southern exit."

Also, the contact information was incomplete phone numbers for guests were deliberately redacted by putting one’s in the phone number as an entry. Someone should provide answers."
