"Bad"

"Room was overall clean, beds were comfortable and hotel was in a safe location. The complaints: expensive for what all was lacking in the room. The shower water temp indicators were backwards; the cold water indicator was actually hot water and vice versa. All of the fixtures in the room were rusty. The free breakfast buffet was not great but I guess I can’t complain for it being free. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for one night but they need to lower their price."

"This place is right in the heart of Greenville! Turn left and it’s a short walk to Augusta St Gather GVL and Unity/Mayberry Park. Turn right and a short walk you’re at Liberty Bridge/Reedy Park Falls and Main Street. 30mins walk up Main and you’re at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. "Although you know what to expect with this type of hotel, the pictures on this site are deceiving. The bed itself was about the only clean feeling thing in the room. Everything else seemed unattended and grimy. There were handprints on the headboard, lip marks on the mirror, we killed a few bugs, the ice bucket had grime on top, the clock and appliances looked grimy, stains on the inside of the bathroom door… Thankfully we had a late night event and didn’t arrive back to the room until after...
