"From the moment we arrive, the service was very professional and warm. We came to enjoy the world cup and the front desk provide us with the information needed to go to the stadium (not too far from the hotel) the food was great as well and the coffee was excellent. "Overall it was what we anticipated. However, we had a problem with the bathroom. We notified the help desk that the toilet is not flushing properly and it's not usable; they said the maintenance is out and they'll send someone to look into it. They didn't send anyone to check, and they didn't offer to change the rooms. They could have communicated clearly to address the issue. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby."

"I don’t usually write bad reviews or reviews in general. The weird looks I received from the staff when I arrived weren’t an issue at all. However, I’d recommend you not book here if that bothers you. Even so, the bed was quite comfortable and clean. Keep in mind parking is $15 every night and breakfast is $18.90 per person. Other than that, everything was well until I saw a cockroach fall from the bathroom sink the morning of my check out. Who knows what else was going on in there that I wasn’t...
