"They didn't have the double queen bed room available which I had reserved. The first room was not cleaned for three days. Then bugs showed up in the bed. After a room change the rest of my stay was fine."

"This hotel is very well-maintained and clean. It is in a good location, near 74 & 46. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Really nice breakfast, too. Wi-Fi is marginal (9 down and 3 up). My only complaint is that the fitness center doesn't open until 10:00AM. With a checkout time of 11:00AM, that doesn't leave time for a workout and shower."

"Our stay was wonderful! Property was well maintained with easy parking (we had a small trailer). Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower had nice hot water with good water pressure. I would definitely recommend. "

"The breakfasts staff was very attentive and everything was well stocked. However, I've had much better quality precooked eggs and sausage at other hotel breakfasts. I was not able to eat mine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "

"The hotel staff was completely unhelpful. I let them know after night 1 of 3 that my toilet was running non stop and that it was a simple fix ( my toilets at home have a similar problem that requires a new flush valve gasket every 3ish years) and they did nothing about it and told me that the hotel was full and changing rooms was not an option. I didn’t see more than a dozen cars in the parking lot all weekend. On our last morning we went to the lobby to get breakfast at 8:40 (breakfast served 6-9) and they were out of biscuits. When we asked for some more we were told “kitchen is closed”. I think we all know they aren’t baking biscuits and that they are just warming up frozen biscuits. Quality Inn and Suites is the only hotel in town and they act like they know it…."

"This hotel is not clean at all! It has a musty old smell. The room was cleaned properly. There were roach traps under the bed with roaches in it. Crumbs all around the edge of the room, the carpet was wet in spots, the shower had hair on the walls from previous guest. There were hair rubber bands on the bathroom counter. The freezer had mold in it. The overall experience was absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t even leave my bags in the room. We unfortunately had no choice but to stay the one night because nothing else was available at other places."

"Breakfast needed some work- cold food, and not enough for the large groups staying the weekend. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. They have you sign a large group waiver but then don’t enforce it. Kids running rampant without parent supervision."
