"Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...

"Great hotel but keep the safety bolt locked at all times"

"Stayed at the Hampton Inn Norwich and really liked the location—just a short drive from both Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Resort Casino. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a nice bonus with decent options. Great spot if you’re planning a casino trip but want a quieter, more affordable place to stay nearby."

"Room pictures are miss leading to what you get.The pool was ice cold .There is green mold on furniture ,wall, and floor around pool.Metal strips in hallway holding carpet down. Junk laying around parking lot. Somebody's clothes and medical records laying out in parking lot ."

"Customer service was excellent , fast and efficient . There was not a wait at check in and we were allowed to check in early. No issues here , you can just hear the water flowing from other rooms loudly. If you don't like sounds it may bother you."

"The room was dirty. There was trash on the floor when we got into the room. No elevator to the second floor. The stairs were rusted. There were floodlights everywhere which made it impossible to have the room dark enough, even with the curtains closed. There were people yelling outside the rooms all hours of the night. When I went to check out in the morning, the front desk employee was sleeping at the desk. I was just trying to find a quiet, clean, inexpensive place to sleep the night before...
