"It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later ..."

"The hotel is not in an ideal area for families. Our room had a smoke smell even though the hotel is non-smoking. The room did not look as though it was thoroughly cleaned.
