"When checked in they were training a new employee, she put the wrong check out date in. When I came back on Thursday my room had been given to another person. When they entered they were greeted by my dog and they shut the door before he was able to get out. Was not happy when I couldn't get in and was told what happened. Staff was polite but offered nothing for their mistake. Not sure I'll be back."

"I had a great stay at this hotel while traveling for work. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had excellent amenities. The Wi-Fi was convenient for work, and having the fitness center, breakfast, and other amenities available made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay for a work trip, and I would definitely stay here again."

"We called twice after leaving knowing we left jewelry on bathroom counter. The cleaners and/or staff claim they found nothing. Obviously someone took it for themselves and yes its our fault for leaving it there. But they lost my trust and will not stay here again."
