"Hotel was very convenient for Disneyland access. Recommend staying here for Disneyland only. This hotel is not recommended for DisneySea as you don’t have the added benefit of early entry. The early entry makes a huge difference for park access to rides. Otherwise, recommend this hotel as the rooms are roomy and comfortably fit a family of 4. The laundry room can get pretty busy so be ready for that. "

"Booked to be close for morn-flight out. Hotel also has its own shuttle bus. Book for pickup or drop off at terminals. Bar and restaurant have good drinks and food as well. "

"For an International hotel , located near seaport in a major city of the world I was disappointed in the limited language skills of the staff , BELL Staff although young had NO English skills. I speak some Japanese , so I can survive but via in person or on phone through front desk , my English was never understood. Bar access on 30 floor not till 5 pm. Italian restaurant food terrible and again no language skills "

"I've stayed here twice now and the value for price is amazing. Location is great. It's a two minute walk from Shiomi train station which can get you to Tokyo station in about 20 minutes. Disneyland is very close as well by train. The facilities are very clean and new. They have a Family Mart attached to the hotel, a restaurant, an Onsen, washer/dryers (which are expensive and don't work great but still convenient). There's also a Weller bus line that comes twice a day and can take you...

"Very nice room with view, loved the unlimited access to onsen (hot springs), 2 nice restaurants with breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice and refunded my previous cancellation charges. I will stay there again next time going to Haneda airport. "

"Laundry is too old fashion, should be washer and dryer in one machine with a locking PIN number. Room was clean. But no desk or chairs in the room, made it very hard to work on laptop etc. Also bathroom sink it so low like its designed just for children and not adults. No real cupboards or storage space in the room. "

"We loved the breakfast offered at the hotel! There was something for everyone and the quality was amazing. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. We loved the additional amenities such as the free shuttle to Disneyland, and the foot massage machine in the room. We’d love to go back again!"
