"I enjoyed my stay at this Travelodge. It has a pretty good location that roughly splits the difference between the Keys and Miami. I liked the breakfasts and the room was clean and comfortable. I also liked how each room had a dedicated parking spot. If 3 stars is average then this Travelodge is above average. If I ever go back to the Keys I will definitely consider staying here again."

"Wonderful beach and helpful staff. Walking distance to several restaurants. Our unit was close to the road, so lots of road noise in the morning. Could had a few hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and swimming suits."

"My first impression was how clean and manicured the grounds were. Check in was a breeze, again I was impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and friendliness of the staff. Parking was clean, well-marked and sufficient in size. The common areas are super well-lit at night and there are BBQ areas for guest to utilize. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The rooms are not lavish, but everything was clean and in working order. We came to visit family in the area. It was a great choice and the value for the money was super exceptional. The location is awesome. You can eat and shop within walking distance. It is close to the expressway and a short drive to Key Largo. I will definitely be staying there again in the future."

"The king suite was very spacious, with a dining table and four chairs plus a full fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. It also had a big Murphy bed and a sofa bed. The view was great and the restaurants on either side were handy. The breakfast was minimal, lots of cereal, yogurt and premade hot breakfast sandwiches. The pool was clean with lots of lounge chairs, the spa only had one jet that worked and wasn’t very hot. The king bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean. The bathroom was dated. The spa tub didn’t work and there was a lot of patchwork around the tub. They did supply a lot of really nice, large white towels. I like having lots of towels. They had 8-10 towels in the room plus they supplied beach/pool towels. All in all I thought it was a great deal for the money. It’s right on the water with big boats moored along the dock. We saw a few boats cleaning and cutting up their catches of the day. It was pretty quiet the two days we stayed but the restaurants on either side did have live music in the evening and good happy hour prices for drinks ($2.50 for a beer!) I would stay here again. It’s not a five star hotel, but it’s clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and attentive. It’s also nice being able to grab a drink at Skippers and sit by the pool!"
