"We enjoyed our stay at the Borland very much. It was in walking distance to many great restaurants and a great coffee house. Our room was clean and cozy and the parlor and dinning room were available for use by guests. The staff was kind enough to serve our breakfast earlier than the usual time to help us keep an appointment. The breakfasts were great. We will return!"

Just outside the hotel, we found a variety of restaurants and fast-food options, as well as various attractions, including the most important one we visited: Legoland. We spent a few very enjoyable days there."

"This resort exceeded my expectations!! The property is beautiful, immaculate, and well maintained. The staff (every single one!) was cordial, personal, friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay luxurious. Clay restaurant was beautiful— think ski lodge meets Michelin starred restaurant. Cozy, and comfortable. Wine list was somewhat surprising. I would have liked to have seen more local vineyards and distilleries represented. "
