"Great staff, very friendly and hospitable. Hotel unfortunately full of dampness therefore very unpleasant dampness smell which is also very unhealthy. "A great adult only resort to stay at if you want to give yourself a special treat, as everything was laid on for you, and to a very high standard. The resort has large peaceful grounds, yet when you walk out the gate in are in the centre of Ubud. This was our second time staying here, and would highly recommend it. "

"Amazing hotel in the middle of the rainforest. If you book their best rooms you will get a view of the pool and rainforest from your balcony which is sensational. I stayed in room 302 which I think has the best view as it’s centralised. Also offer all day breakfast and can be brought by to your room! Staff were amazing. I don’t have even 1 negative thing to say about this hotel. 10/10 from start to finish. "

"All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive. Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants. Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay"
