I have used Expedia many times to make hotel reservations and have never experienced this issue before. "Rooms are very outdated. Staff was very irritating in the fact that on the morning of checkout house keeping was at the door at 9am to remind us check out was at 11. At 11:00 as we are walking out the door to the room the office is calling to verify we had left. Very unsettling that they are in such a rush to run out paying patron who have done nothing to make them do so. If I could give just hospitality a zero I would. Will not stay here again as it is very outdated and in need of many repairs."
