"Everything was fine, just keep in mind you are paying for convenience. The rooms are tiny, we didn’t have hot water, and the tv was mostly just static. BUT the employees were super kind and helpful, the room was clean, the free breakfast was decent, and the bar made a pretty good pina colada. So no major complaints, just keep your expectations in check."

"Our experience at the Armas was wonderful! The location was perfect and close to all the nearby shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had no complaints and only positive experiences. Highly recommend! The shop right by the lobby has the best prices in town for all souvenirs, concessions, snacks, and the owner was so friendly. There is also a connected photobooth studio as well."

"Things to know: this is not a typical hotel. There is no lobby or checkin desk. You may see cleaning personnel or exterminator on sight. Amenities are internet and off site parking. Some bedrooms do not have windows. The area may appear sketchy but overall safe. There is a Mexican restaurant next door and some days the music is loud. "The location is a restaurant first, public beach second and a hotel third. The free parking is very limited and hotel staff will lie and say you can park outside the hotel when you will get a parking ticket and they won’t take responsibility."

"It was gross. The room was dirty we couldn’t walk barefoot. The bathroom was disgusting I had to clean the toilet before settling in. The shower walls were gross. Everything had rust. The bedsheets smelled so bad. The towels had brown stains on them. The mirrors were dirty. I wish I can get my money back. We had to keep ourselves busy OUTSIDE and just get back to shower and sleep bc of how disgustingly it was we didn’t want to spend time there. The breakfast was stale. There was no microwave...

"Wonderful hotel in old San Juan. Historic building right in the historic district with easy walking access to main sites, forts, etc. The rooms are large with lots of character. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was small but very nice with a good view of the city and port. Beds were very comfortable and staff were helpful and kind. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"Bali Posh Isla Verde, conveniently situated near the airport in Carolina, boasts easy access to the Isla Verde Beach and a short drive to Old San Juan and other metropolitan area locations. The rooms were cleaned, the staff very friendly, and the common areas were well maintained. The pool and bar area were particularly nice. My fiancée and I had an amazing time here and would definitely stay again if we visit this area again."
