"Excellent staff, so very nice and helpful. It was late and my iPhone was almost completely without a charge. I had forgotten my charging block and stopped by the front desk to ask if there was a 24 hour convenience store and she noticed I was carrying my charging wire without the block and asked if I needed a charging block and she said she believed there was a spare handy and she found it immediately. I was so glad. Again thank you ladies. "
