"Air conditioning does not work"

"The property was a new and great. It was a night stay by the freeway I-70. Morning breakfast could be with more options."

"It was tolerable. Could have been cleaner. Mattress and box spring covers had stains but weren't filthy. Room didnt look like it had been swept and mopped. It was ok enough for two nights considering I only slept and showered there. Breakfast was not hot and only barely warm but the waffles where good."

"The AC unit in the room was not functional. There were many stains on the bed, along with burn holes in the sheets. Also, there was a bag over the smoke detector, I'm assuming the previous guest tried to make it a smoking room. There was also a fellow on crazy drugs hanging out in the right outside our room, being very loud until 5am. We promptly decided to leave around 530am. Normally don't mind staying in sketchy places, but the sketch level of this place was astronomical. Best...

"The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!"
