"The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!"

"Terrible experience with this hotel. Booked it last May for a rock festival, drove 4 hours after work to get there at 12am and be told they didn’t have our booking. When asked we were told by the front desk she was new and had no idea but the owner said it was an error in the system which made them not receive my reservation. I booked a year in advance. Would not give a number for customer service through the hotel. "
