The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed having great meals right at the hotel. It was convenient and made our stay even better. But what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, welcoming, and professional. Their excellent service really made us feel taken care of and made our stay special. If you are planning a trip to Antigua Guatemala and looking for a place that is clean, comfortable, has good food, and has wonderful staff, I would definitely recommend Hotel El Carmen.
