Evelyn was great at reception. She guided me throughout Antigua and arranged a great driver to Atitlan. The ladies make beautiful breakfasts. The room was beautiful and clean. The know me as Vivien there! Thank you all!

I am surprise how did property gets high ratings.The owner seems to not care for guests and instead manages this place poorly. All staff members seemed to be worried and concerned about losing their job and provide the minimum amenities to guest. We checked in at 3pm and spent few hours in the room trying to rest fron our trip. However, the drapes have no blackout and the doors were poory frabicated locally allowing all sound to travel inside the room. Good luck trying to rest or to sleep after 6am. We went out for dinner and when we got back all lights were off in a ridiculous effort to save energy, creating a hazard for guest. I understand climate change and trying to conserve energy, but this is ridiculous. The worst was yet to happen. A guest had a giant dog - regardless that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED is stated on Expedia. My wife is allergic to dogs and got extremely sick. When i contact the owner, she refuse to provide a refund and i had ro contact Expedia to cancel my second night. PLEASE NOTE THAT I PAID $150 A NIGHT FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SUITE. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this property.

Great boutique hotel.

Great hotel in the centre. We had a suite which was beautiful. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great! Very clean and comfortable.

This place is so amazing! The customer service was exceptional! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Antigua. The space is central to all touristy sites but on a quiet and serene block.

Great boutique hotel

We were celebrating an anniversary and the staff had strewn rose petals in the room to greet us upon our arrival, very thoughtful! The manager/owner was very accomodating and the staff was nice as well. A great place to hang out and relax with a book as well as being close to the main square of Antigua. Good view of the surrounding mountains from the roof.
