Stayed last year and really enjoyed it so booked again. This time was very disappointed. We had cockroaches in the room. Told reception and no one came to clean. Meal times was like a school canteen both quality of the food and the bedlam of the amount people.

We really enjoyed the food—there was a great variety every day, with plenty of fresh fruit and salad options to suit all tastes. There was always something for everyone, which made mealtimes easy and enjoyable. We stayed in a two-bedroom bungalow which was spacious and comfortable. One bedroom didn’t have any electric sockets, just a light, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall the space worked well for us. Fresh towels were provided regularly, and the maid came in every other day to make up the beds, clean the floors, and tidy the bathroom, which kept everything feeling fresh. The splash pool and baby pool were a definite highlight for our 18-month-old—perfect for little ones to enjoy safely and splash about. The location was very convenient—just a short 10–15 minute drive from the airport. Although the shuttle service took a while (we were one of the last to be dropped off), we hired a car for the final few days and found it much easier, especially with the option to return it directly at the airport. The hotel was close to a small commercial centre with bars, a supermarket, and a lovely children’s play area that we used daily. The main town was just a 10–15 minute walk away, with the beach another 5–10 minutes beyond that. The beach itself was beautiful, and we really appreciated the clean public toilets, which were well maintained by an on-site attendant. Overall, it was a great choice for travelling with a toddler.

Lo mejor que se lleva el hotel 🏨 (bungslows) es la atención servicial de la recepción. En especial Paola, muy amable y servicial con el checkout prematuro que tuvimos que hacer por motivos de Salud, además del buen servicio ofrecido por Hoteles.com a la hora de solicitar el reembolso por los día de estancia no empleados.

Room wasn’t cleaned for our 5 night stay, no clean towels provided. Non of the pools are heated. Beds are camp style. Food very poor.

Habitaciones cómodas, nos gusto la opcion de 3 piscinas y q una de ellas tuviera el agua climatizada. La habitacion se limpia un dia sí, otro no, podian dejar un cepillo para barrer la arrna el dia q no limpian. Esta muy cerca de una playa tranquula y con poco aire, y de una zona con tiendas.
