"Great staff at check-in and for breakfast. Can't understand why they charge for parking yet have free parking lots all around the hotel on the streets. Hotel should be offering free parking. Breakfast was outstanding, everything needed was in the buffet."

"The room we were given was not cleaned after previous guest, so we got assigned new room. The new room was fine. Only one elevator of two was working, and it was extremely slow. Building is ongoing renovation. It was very hot in the room. Location was good and central. Bed was comfortable."
