"Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

The only point for improvement is the quality of the room cleaning- throughout our stay, the room was tidied, and the towels were replaced, but the shower, for example, was not cleaned."
