During our December 2017 stay, about half of the property was under construction, including villas, beach club (which is part of the property name), 3 of 5 restaurants, spa, and areas next to the pool (the swim-up bar). Their breakfast buffet is not very good so we decided to go out to eat after the first day, their coffee tasted terrible. We stayed there for 3 days. Next time we will avoid this place. "
