"The room was a complete disaster and that I had luckily brough Clorox, wipe and other cleaning supplies! I have pics of it it was so nasty!!! There were people all night freaking out it was crazy crazy crazy! Don’t ever stay there idc if u have to sleep I. Your car it’d be better than that place. The door had Been kicked in so I kept my pistol on me all night ! cause of what a mad house out there it was!! Don’t ever stay there is you wanna feel Safe and clean!!"

"The check-in process was amazing due to a very cheerful and friendly young woman. Everything was wonderful and they have earned my repeat business!"

"The breakfast was great. Most of the staff was very friendly. The room was dirty. The pull out bed dropped a 1/4 cup of food when we opened it & there was popcorn on the floor around it when we entered the room. The ceiling above the shower was water damaged & falling in. There were only 2 towels when we booked with 5 guests, I tried calling the front desk & got no answer, I tried calling housekeeping and still no answer(the wonderful lady at front desk helped me by getting more towels when I found her at breakfast). The last day of our stay we went to breakfast and when we got back up to the room the key didn’t work. My husband went down to get help getting in the room and the ladies at the front desk refused to give him a new key without providing an ID which he left in the room. So, that turned into a stressful situation. Our entire family was locked out of the room while she argued about the ID. A kind gentleman who was employed at the hotel walked my husband back up to the room to wait at the door for his ID. We only booked this specific hotel for the opportunity to take our kids to the pool. Due to weather conditions and a busy schedule that didn’t happen. The weather could have permit hot tub time, but upon arrival it looked like a scene from an adult themed movie. We could not convince our children to enter that water after the show at arrival. Which is not any fault of the hotel, but I don’t think the pool alone could convince me to stay here in the future. "

"Place was under renovation, but the room was great and clean. Breakfast provided was not the best. Overall the family liked it and felt safe."
