"This is a basic hotel with very nice front of house staff. I spent only one night prior to my trip on the Eurotunnel, which was convenient. It was great that they are pet friendly."

"There are many good things about this hotel and I would stay here again. My negatives were although the cooked options were good why does a four star establishment provide mostly tinned fruit at breakfast and yogurt in tubs. You used to be better than this.
