The hotel staff wrongly charged my card before the check-in time, they admitted the error, but gave me no compensation (even a symbolic one) for the inconvenience caused. At check-out, the hotel manager was very verbally aggressive, when discussing my claims. Overall, the stay at the hotel was a very bad experience."
