"The property was fantastic, the AC worked great, the area was quiet. The staff couldn’t have been more kind, they were great all around. I would recommend the Francis Malbone Inn every time to anyone staying in Newport."

"Convenient location, friendly staff. Wonderful little restaurant called Picnic at the end of the street. Just park your car and walk to many locations, no need to fuss with expendive Newport parking and traffic. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room."

"We stayed on the top floor in the Cherry Rose suite and wow we highly recommend! Priscilla checked us in early, gave us so many resources and information about our room as well as the area! Very spacious room, living room with a pull out couch, a kitchen with a sitting area and fridge, and a very cute bathroom. "We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!"
