"Just about the worst hotel I have ever stayed, and I have been to 30 plus countries. The whole place is depressingly inhospitable. I understand that I maybe generalizing but I won’t be coming back to Morocco any time soon. Too bad."

"The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage."

"The hotel was really nice and all the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was a little expensive. The location was good but I wish there were some more restaurants near by. Breakfast was decent. "

Their warmth and professionalism stood out at every interaction—whether it was the front desk team greeting me with a smile, and helping me decide my itinerary and how to navigate the city, or the restaurant manager who went gladly offered us complimentary coffee and pastry. "The bathroom is not clean. Toilet bowel with stains. Shower head is broken. Very noisy, the tram and car right outside the hotel. Terrible experience."

"The building, service, food were all excellent the only small issue was the separate toilet in the bedroom with no handbasin"

"The room's cleanliness left much to be desired; there were no towels and I had to call reception several times before they finally brought them. Also, the air conditioning didn't cool properly. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly."
